Obituary for Charles William Falvo

Charles William Falvo turned us loose on January 2nd, 2018 to take his incoming
call from Heaven. At age 55, Charles passed away of natural causes in his
Clinton Township home.

Charles was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on January 15th, 1962. He
graduated from George A. Dondero High School of Royal Oak, Michigan in 1980.
Charles, an enthusiastic and charming student, excelled in mathematics and
German language studies. After graduation, Charles proudly served in the United
States Marine Corps where he specialized in Avionics. He was based at Cherry
Point Naval Air Station, North Carolina. Charles married in 1983, he and his
former wife have two daughters. He spent many years of his life in North Carolina
and later moved to Michigan, to be closer to family.

In all aspects of his life, Charles strived to do his very best. He took pride in
solving difficult problems and completing projects thoroughly - down to the most
minute detail. Family and friends might remember him as a jack of all trades, who
could figure out just about anything by taking it apart and putting it back together
again.

During his lifetime some of his careers included: Information Technology,
Logistics, Locksmithing, Junkyard Recycling, Dealing Blackjack, Semi-truck
Driving, and Building Maintenance. Charles enjoyed cooking, listening to ambient
and electronic music and enjoyed creating, as well as, solving challenging
computer programs. Charles was very compassionate towards animals and
wildlife. He thoroughly enjoyed telling stories about his encounters with them.

Charles is survived by his daughter, Crystal Falvo (Luke Hainstock) of Marquette,
Michigan; his daughter, Holly Bigger (Patrick) of Mancelona, Michigan; his
grandchildren: Adrianna, Miranda, Gage, and Maypelle Bigger; his sister, April
Ferreri (Nick) of St. Clair Shores, Michigan; his nephews: Nicholas, Noah, and
Nino Ferreri; and his loving mother, Janet Falvo of Royal Oak, Michigan.
