Obituary for Frank Pulice

Age 86 Frank's most cherished memory was meeting his wife, Desire. When they married in 1951, they promised each other fifty years of marriage and any years after that would be considered a bonus. Frank felt blessed to be a part of his wonderful family. He did anything and everything for his three children and all of his beloved grandchildren. He applauded, cheered, coached, taught and supported his children and grandchildren and took great pride in all of their accomplishments. After receiving his Bachelor of Commercial Science degree in Accounting from the Detroit Business Institute and the University of Detroit, Frank worked in the Finance Department at Fisher Body and General Motors for 32 years. To his family, Frank was a devoted husband and loving father. He was also a caring grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. Frank was preceded in death by his beautiful wife, Desire (nee Shekerjian) of 52 years. He is survived by his children, Karen (Mark) Wetter, Lisa (John) Yaldezian and Glenn (Carole Wrubel) Pulice. He was the cherished grandpa of Kevin (Amanda), Chelsea, Allie, Steven, Allyson and Maggie and also great-grandpa of Landen and Anna. Frank will be missed by his brother, Tony Pulice, and sisters-in-law Lillian (the late John) Pulice and Susan (the late Dr. Armen) Shekerjian. Frank was also preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Mary Pulice; sister Clara and husband James Puzella, brother John Pulice, sister Ann and husband Joe Turturice, brother Sam Pulice and wife Joanne, sister Rose Altovilla, brother-in-law Anthony Altovilla and sister-in-law Arlene Pulice.
