Edward Wood born on March 5, 1914 in Linden Michigan and passed away on May 27, 2013 in Royal Oak at the age of 99. Beloved husband of the late Betty Spitler Wood, Loving father of Nancy (Ted) Dickinson and Barb (Bill) Foren. Also loved by grandchildren Lisa (Alan) Wiechert, Sean (Andrea) Foren, Todd (Christine) Foren, and great granddaughters Samantha & Ella. Dear friends Robin Diamond, Tammy Ivison and Claudia Katz. Visitation Thursday 2-8PM at the Spiller-Spitler Chapel Edward Korkoian Funeral Home, 836 North Main St., Royal Oak. Funeral service Friday 2PM at the funeral home. Interment Oakview Cemetery. Mr. Wood retired from Michigan Bell in 1976, was a long time resident of Royal Oak, who enjoyed camping, traveling and remote controlled planes and boats.
