Beloved wife of the late Levon. Loving mother of Mary (Bill) Mullally, John Kesh and Chris (Shelly) Kesh. Cherished grandmother of Lauren, Dillon, Hannah, David and Jenna. Dear sister of Grace (Markar) Chitjian and Dr. Rose Berberian. Visitation Sunday4pm to 8pm with a 7pm Prayer Service and a 7:30pm Daughters of Vartan Service at the Armenian Congregational Church, 26210 W. 12 Mile Road, Southfield. In state Monday 10am until 11am funeral service at church. Isabelle Mary Kesh (nee Berberian) Born November 24, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois to Garabed and Mary Berberian. Isabelle graduated from South Shore High School in 1945, which was during World War II. She went to Wilson Junior College for 2 years taking liberal arts courses. Went to work at Libby, McNeil & Libby for 5 years from 1949 to 1954, Married Levon N. Kesh on February 6, 1954 for 59 years until his death in 2003 at age 84. They lived their first 10 years in Detroit (7 mile and Shiawassee). They moved to West Bloomfield for 8 years, then Bloomfield Township for 28 years. When they retired, moved to a smaller home in Novi for 4 years. After Levon died, Isabelle stayed there for another 3 years, then moved to a senior housing apartment in Livonia in 2009. Isabelle enjoyed living there and playing cards with her friends almost every night. Levon and Isabelle had 3 children, Mary , John and Christopher, all graduates of Michigan State University. Mary and her husband Bill Mullally have 3 children - Lauren, Dillon and Hannah. Chris and his wife Shelly have 2 children - David and Jenna. Isabelle was a very sweet and kind person with a positive outlook on life. Her calm and cool approach was a gift to everyone she touched. She was also smart, capable and an inspiration to her family and friends.
