Jack Kazanjian (7/7/1927 - 11/4/2018); 91 great years of life. Married to his beautiful (late) wife Vera for 60 years. LOVED family and being Armenian. Successful entrepreneur. A pillar member of St. John's Armenian Church, chairman of many major and special events there and founding member of the Fine Arts committee of St. Johns. He was proud to have started the Blood Bank drive at St. Johns in the spirit of his father Avedis. Jack was the family photographer and videographer and loved documenting his experiences to share with all. He left his mark, legacy and inspiration on many fronts, including his family, business and charitable efforts. Jack's perseverance in life and business and his overall strong goodness spirit were a few of his many benchmark traits.

He is survived by his sons Ara (Lora) Kazanjian and Gary (Melissa) Kazanjian. Grandfather to Christina (Michael) Holody and Stephanie Kazanjian (fiancé' David Elliott), Vivian, Hunter and Cooper. Dear brother of Harry (Margaret) Kazanjian, sister Julie (Harry) Couyoumjian and Agnes (late Chevy) Mezegian. Dear brother in law of Maro (late Harry) Kevonian and Alex (Raylene) Karabajakian. Jack loved his 17 nieces and nephews and will be truly missed by them. It was always about family and the business world for Jack and that legacy will never be forgotten by all that came in contact with him.

Visitation Wednesday 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. with a 6:00 p.m. Prayer Service at St. John's Armenian Church, 22001 Northwestern Hwy., Southfield.

Visitation on Thursday will begin at 10:00 a.m.

Jack's Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 a.m.

Knights of Vartan Service at 11:45 in the Cultural Hall of St. John Armenian Church.

Interment Woodlawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flower donations in Jack's memory are to St. John's Armenian Church or Friends of Holy Etchmiadzin.
