Jalil George Saad, passed on Monday, May 1, 2023 at the age of 85.
Jalil was the loving husband of Margaret.
Devoted father of Edward (Souad), Victoria (Chris), Yacoub (Lama), Leila (the late Houssam) and Rita (Michael).
Cherished Jhido of Dr. Nicole, Dr. Yacoub Edward, Yacoub Houssam, Samer, Collin, Michael, Joseph, Jalil, Angelina, Alexander, Lilliana and Jacob.
Dearest brother of Habib (Majida) Saad, Majida (Mirwan) Boutros, Hanna (Mahassen) Saad, Yacoub (Jeanette) Saad, the late Marie (the late Anis) Matta, the late Saad (Florinda) Saad, the late Elias (Ivette) Saad, and the late Nicolas (Adel) Saad.
Beloved son of the late Georges and Lamia Saad.
Jalil will also be dearly missed by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and family who were all near and dear to his heart.
On Wednesday, May 3, 2023, 5-7pm, the family will be accepting condolences at Bint Jebail Cultural Center, 14201 Prospect St Bldg. 2, Dearborn, MI 48126.
Friday, May 5, 2023, Visitation from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a 7:30 p.m. Trisagion Prayer Service at The Basilica of St. Mary Orthodox Church, 18200 Merriman Rd, Livonia, MI 48152.
Saturday, May 6, 2023, Visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service at Church.
A 1:00 p.m. Graveside Burial Service to take place at United Memorial Gardens Cemetery 4800 Curtis Rd, Plymouth, MI 48170.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to be made in Jalil's honor to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or The Basilica of St. Mary (Livonia) Building Fund or St. Mary's Orthodox Church (Berkley).
