John “Jack” Olszewski Jr., passed away in his home on December 13, 2023 in Clay Township, Michigan. Jack was a proud father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend.

Jack was born April 6, 1954 to Dr. John & Virginia (Wach) Olszewski in Detroit, Michigan. He graduated from Cousino High School and earned his degree in Mortuary Science from Wayne State University.

Proud father to two daughters, Becky (Paul) Sullivan of Asheville, North Carolina and Sarah (Stephen) Clements of Clay Township, Michigan. Loving grandfather of Kamryn Mielke, Landon Mielke, Sawyer Sullivan and Karlee Clements. Brother to Mark (Cathy) Campbell-Olszewski, Lynn (Kim) Olszewski-Bezy, Matthew (Eileen) Olszewski and Paul (Monica) Olszewski. Nieces, Airen and Kelly and nephews, Logan, Adam, Oskar and Alex. 

Jack treasured his time with his grandchildren and loved being their grandfather. He also took great pride in his Doberman, Harley and cherished his friendship with his best friend, Ken.

Jack was preceded in death by his father, Dr. John Olszewski and granddaughter, Eden Sullivan.

A memorial mass and celebration of life will be held at a later date.
