Margo Anne Kerr

Margo Kerr, 87, of Troy, MI passed away peacefully August 30, 2022. She is survived by her daughters, Sherry Everlove (Jim) and Lisa Evey (Ed). Margo was predeceased by her husband of 53 years, Douglas, and son David. 

Margo found great joy being a grandmother to Kaylin Evey, Kristy Fleming,Julie Sinning, Katie Galloway and John Kerr. She had seven great grandchildren whom she loved watching grow and who loved her. Margo leaves her siblings, sister Brenda Kelly and brother Mark Miller, and many nieces and nephews whom she dearly loved.

Margo worked at Patterson Dental for 25 years where she assisted dentists and dental labs in the area. She was a friend to many of her colleagues and customers and she enjoyed her working career.

Margo was a lifelong member of First Congregational Church in Royal Oak. At FCC, she enjoyed the spiritual and social community. 
Family vacations up north were a summer highlight for Margo.  It was a time to read by the lake, take wine tasting excursions and trips for ice cream.  

Margo's longevity is a testament  to her daily habit of a steaming hot cup of coffee in the morning and a chilled glass of wine in the evening, with a treat in between . So remember Margo when you enjoy your morning cup of coffee, savor a piece of chocolate, or sip a happy hour beverage. She would be pleased.
