Rev. Dr. Gorun Shrikian Pastor Emeritus St. Sarkis Armenian Apostolic Church. Beloved husband of the late Yeretzgin Arpine. Loving father of Anie (Greg) Chinarian, Dirouhie Shrikian and Movses (Mary Anne) Shrikian. Loved and adored by grandchildren Ahrev, Tamar, Zaven, Arram and Kohar. Pre-deceased by his parents Rev. Fr. Movses and Yeretzgin Nectar. Dear brother of Rev. Fr. Nareg (the late Yeretzgin Baydzar) Shrikian, Sose (the late Nazareth) Bidanian, the late Hermine (late Krekor) Teshoian and the late Kourken (Helen) Shrikian. Also survived by the Shrikian, Boursalianand Makhoulian Families. Visitation Thursday, February 13, 2014 6:00pm-9:00pm and Friday, February 14, 2014 6:00pm-9:00pm at St. Sarkis Armenian Apostolic Church 19300 Ford Rd., Dearborn (313) 336-6200. The Dan Gark Prayer Service will be on Friday at 7:00pm. In state Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 9:00am. The final consecration (Extreme Unction) will take place Saturday, February 15, during the Divine Liturgy, which will begin at 10 a.m. at St. Sarkis Armenian Apostolic Church. Interment to follow at Oakland Hills Memorial Gardens, Novi. In lieu of flowers donations in Rev. Dr. Gorun Shrikian's memory are to St. Sarkis Armenian Apostolic Church and ARF.
