Ronald "Skinny" Kozlowski, a beloved father, brother, and mentor, passed away peacefully on June 12th, 2024. Born and raised in Warren, Michigan, Ronald was a proud graduate of Fitzgerald High School class of 1961. He was a longtime resident in Cheboygan, MI.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Mary (Bianchini) Kozlowski, his brother Stanley Kozlowski, his sister Rosemary Ludwa, and his son Henry Kozlowski. He is survived by his loving sister Florence Cain, and his cherished children: Justine Crivella, Renee & Ken Marquardt, Ron & Ken Kozlowski-Pearson, Regina Clark, Rochelle and Rick Ford, and Rachel Kozlowski. Also his grandchildren: Rick, Elisha, Nick, Zane, Kenny, Clayton, Bailey, Cheyenne, Catie Lynn, Cody, Chris, Amanda, Johnny, Olivia and great grandchildren Ariana, Jaliyah, Janessa, Madilyn as well as several nieces and nephews.
A high school football star, Ronald was known for his strength and determination on the field. His love for the outdoors was evident in his passion for hunting, a tradition he enjoyed throughout his life. As a lifelong carpenter, Ronald not only built homes but also built a legacy by passing on his skills through the vocational program at Cheboygan High School, where he inspired many young minds.
Ronald will be remembered for his dedication, craftsmanship, and the love he shared with his family and community. His spirit and teachings will live on through those who had the privilege of knowing him.
