Sarkis was pre-deceased by his wives Anahid (nee Pilibosian) and Sirvart (nee Himidian) and sister Janet Simonian.
Loving father of Arsen (the late Judy) Mikaelian and Haigan Ferhadson.
Cherished grandfather of Nicholas Mikaelian, Nicole (Alex) Speer, Nina (Joe) Tyszkowski, Lenna (Harout) Janjanian and Aram Ferhadson and great-grandfather of Seto Janjanian.
He will also be missed by his many nieces and nephews and the Mardirossian, Simonian, Der Mergerditchian and Pilibosian families.
Visitation, Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at St. Sarkis Armenian Church 19300 Ford Road, Dearborn at 10:00 AM.
His Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 AM.
A luncheon will be held in the Church Hall immediately after the service.
Burial will take place afterward Oak Hill Cemetery, 216 University Dr, in Pontiac.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations are to St. Sarkis Armenian Apostolic Church or the A.G.B.U. Alex & Marie Manoogian School.
Family and friends are warmly welcome to attend and honor his memory.
