Age 93. Passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 11, 2015 with her family by her side. Daughter of the late Vartenan and late Hazarkan Godoshian. Loving sister of Paul (the late Pauline) Godoshian, the late Nushur Gopigian, the late Verjine Godoshian, the late Zaven Godoshian, the late Antranig Godoshian, the late Partogh Godoshian, the late Onnig Godoshian and the late Ohanness Godoshian. Dear aunt of Janice (Gene) Austin, Paulette (Tom) Esselman, Deborah (Kevin) Kleinhomer, Nevart (the late Ted) Apkarian, Edward (Shirley) Gopigian and the late Carol Ragsdale. Also loved by many great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, colleagues and friends. She graduated from Pontiac High School in 1940 then attended and graduated from the Pontiac Business Institute. Afterwards she found employment at the Oakland County Probate Court Division where she retired after more than 30 years of service. She was a member of St. John Armenian Church and the Komitas Choir, holding various positions on the Choir Board and the National Armenian Church Choir Association, member of the Oakland County Retirees Association, former Board Member at the Manoogian Manor, member of the Sigma Beta Sorority PSI Chapter, Charter member of the Detroit A.G.B.U. holding the position of Secretary, member of the Board of Directors of the Oakland County Credit Union. She enjoyed playing Bridge and played the organ at home.
