Beloved Son of Dennis & Kathy McGray, Brother, Uncle, and Friend

Steven McGray, a skilled journeyman plumber and devoted uncle, passed away on July 6, 2025, at the age of 47.  Steven leaves behind a legacy of craftsmanship, kindness, and countless cherished memories.

Born and raised in Clawson, Michigan, Steve took pride in his work as a plumber. Outside of work, Steve found joy in the kitchen. He loved experimenting with new recipes. Steve’s meals were always made with love—and usually a little extra garlic.

But above all, Steven’s greatest joy came from being “Uncle Steve.” He adored his nieces and nephews and took pride in their lives and accomplishments. 

Steven is survived by his loving family, including his parents, siblings, Angie (KC), Dennis (Molly), Tom (Tamsen), and Jennifer; five nieces; four nephews, and many dear friends. Though he left us way too soon, his warmth, laughter, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

A celebration of Steven’s life will be held on September 6, 2025.
